Privacy Policy

1. Introduction‌‌‌‌

Welcome to Northpeak. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information about you when you access or use our platform and services. By using Northpeak, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Service.‌‌‌‌

2. Information We Collect‌‌‌‌

We collect information you provide directly to us — such as your name, email address, and payment details — when you register for an account or subscribe to a plan. We also collect information about how you interact with the Service, including pages visited, features used, and actions taken. Technical data such as your IP address, browser type, device identifiers, and operating system may also be collected automatically to help us operate and improve the Service.‌‌‌‌

3. How We Use Your Information‌‌‌‌

We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve the Service; process transactions and send related notices; send promotional communications where you have opted in; and respond to your comments and questions. We may also use your data to monitor and analyse usage patterns, detect and prevent fraud or abuse, enforce our Terms of Service, and comply with applicable legal obligations.‌‌‌‌

4. Cookies and Tracking‌‌‌‌

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to recognise your device, remember your preferences, and understand how you use the Service. You can instruct your browser to refuse all cookies or to notify you when a cookie is sent; however, some features of the Service may not function properly without cookies. We may also use third-party analytics tools that collect information about your activity on our platform to help us measure and improve performance.‌‌‌‌

5. Sharing and Disclosure‌‌‌‌

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your data with trusted third-party service providers who assist us in operating the Service, processing payments, sending communications, or analysing usage — always under confidentiality obligations and only to the extent necessary to perform those services. We may also disclose information when required by law, court order, or governmental authority, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Northpeak or its users.‌‌‌‌

6. Data Security‌‌‌‌

We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include encryption in transit, access controls, and regular security reviews. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential.‌‌‌‌

7. Your Rights and Choices‌‌‌‌

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information; object to or restrict certain types of processing; and request data portability. To exercise any of these rights, please contact us using the details below. You may also opt out of promotional emails at any time by following the unsubscribe link in those messages or by reaching out to us directly. Note that even after opting out, we may continue to send service-related communications necessary to your account.‌‌‌‌
