Overview
This Licenses page describes the terms under which Northpeak grants you the right to access and use its products, services, and digital content. License Grant
Subject to your compliance with these terms, Northpeak grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our platform and its content solely for your personal or internal business purposes. This license does not include any right to sublicense, sell, resell, transfer, assign, or otherwise exploit any portion of the service.
Permitted Use
You may access and use the platform for lawful purposes consistent with these terms. Permitted uses include consuming course content for personal development, downloading materials explicitly made available for download, and using tools and resources provided within your subscription tier. Any use that falls outside the scope of your active subscription plan requires written authorization from Northpeak.
Restrictions
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or reverse-engineer any part of the Northpeak platform or its content without prior written consent. You may not use automated tools, scrapers, or bots to access or extract content from the platform. Sharing login credentials or granting access to non-licensed third parties is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination.
Third-Party Assets and Attribution
The Northpeak platform incorporates third-party software, fonts, icons, and other assets, each of which is subject to its own license terms. Where attribution is required, it is provided within the platform or its documentation. Northpeak does not claim ownership of third-party assets and makes no warranties regarding their fitness for any particular purpose beyond what is warranted by their respective license holders.
Refunds
Licensing fees paid for access to the Northpeak platform are generally non-refundable except where required by applicable law or where expressly stated in a separate refund policy. If you believe you are entitled to a refund under our published refund policy, please contact our support team within the eligible refund window. Northpeak reserves the right to modify its refund policy at any time with reasonable notice.
